Marker posts are used to facilitate driving in difficult weather conditions or after nightfall by indicating, for example, the road width. The U1 posts are equipped with reflective elements. The following additional information can be placed on the posts:
- information on the chainage
- information on the direction of the nearest emergency tel.
- road number
- distance information plates
